CONGREGATIONS OF THE DEAD is rising from the grave.

The publishing market has gotten wonky.

After a few starts and stops and misfires Charles R. Rutlegde and I had a discussion about CONGREGATIONS OF THE DEAD and decided it was time to fix the delays in publication. To that end we've had the rights returned to us and I can formally announce that CONGREGATIONS will be available soon as a trade paperback and as an e-book as well.

More news very soon.

Hide and Go Seek: ALIEN STYLE

So Titan Books has put out a few chapters from my new novel ALIEN: SEA OF SORROWS.

Here are the links I've run across so far. As an added grin, a few reviews.

There might be more but those are the ones I found and I suspect they can offer a sample.

AVPGalaxy did a review.

SciFi Bulletin did a review.

KoolTV did a review.

So did some dude on Amazon, but he didn't like the book so no link for you!

ALIEN: SEA OF SORROWS is officially released today!

Here's a picture, just in case you didn't notice those other times.

Back Cover Text, Front Cover Picture

As a deputy commissioner for the ICC, Alan Decker’s job is to make sure the settlements on LV178 follow all the rules, keeping the colonists safe. But the planet known as New Galveston holds secrets, lurking deep beneath the toxic sands dubbed the Sea of Sorrows. The Weyland-Yutani Corporation has secrets of its own, as Decker discovers when he is forced to join a team of mercenaries sent to investigate an ancient excavation. Somewhere in that long-forgotten dig lies the thing the company wants most in the universe—a living Xenomorph. Decker doesn’t understand why they need him, until his own past comes back to haunt him. Centuries ago, his ancestor fought the Aliens, launching a bloody vendetta that was never satisfied. That was when the creatures swore revenge on the Destroyer… Ellen Ripley.”

Amazon Number One!

Well, sort of.

SEVEN FORGES, for however brief a moment, is currently number one in sales on Amazon in the categories of EPIC FANTASY and DARK FANTASY. Trust me, I never thought I'd see the day. Part of that, I have no doubt, is driven by the sale price that popped up on Amazon of $1.99 for the Kindle edition.

Know what? I don't care. It still feels good and I'm going to enjoy it as long as it lasts.

Currently the book is also #93 out of the top 100 Paid In Kindle Store. I like that number. It has several less digits than I'm used to seeing.

Aside from that my other big news of the day, in case I forgot to post it previously, is that AVP GALAXY (That's ALIEN VS PREDATOR GALAXY.) has an interview with me that is up and live. They also have an exclusive look at the first scene in the book ALIEN: SEA OF SORROWS. You can find the interview right here.

You can preorder SEA OF SORROWS, which is due out on July 25th, right here.

One more for you: If you go over to Goodreads and take a look at this link, you can enter to win a free copy of ALIEN: SEA OF SORROWS, courtesy of Titan Books, the lovely publishers of the book.

I am pleased.
